Ordering FAQ

If you have questions or concerns about registering one of BravoBug's Mac apps, check this FAQ to see if the answer is already here. If it's not, please email us and we'll get back to you promptly.

Q: How do I register my program?
A: Click the Store button (or click here) to get started. Click Add To Cart for the app you would like to register. After a few quick steps you'll be taken to our encrypted PayPal store. It's quick, easy, and secure.

Q: Is the online store secure?
A: Yes, after confirming your name and email BravoBug will redirect you to our PayPal-powered store which encrypts all your transmitted information.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to register?
A: No, an account with PayPal isn't required.

Q: How long will it take to get my registration key?
A: Registration is processed instantly. Once your payment has been verified, you should receive your registration code in your email box within 5-10 minutes.

Q: What if I want more than one copy/license?
A: After selecting your desired BravoBug app, you can change the number of licenses to purchase by clicking the small 'Change' link next to the license number.

Q: I'm purchasing multiple licenses, but the PayPal form details show a quantity of 1. Is that normal?
A: Yes, the BravoBug store treats individual app registrations as a single item, but your registration key will be valid for however many licenses/copies you ordered.

Q: My registration key has not arrived yet. What's the delay?
A: If you think your registration should have arrived already, please check your Spam box to see if your code was accidentally marked as Spam. Occasionally, registration emails may get delayed due to heavy server traffic. If you are worried that your key should have arrived already, please email us and we will be happy to help out.

Q: I just typed in my code and it's not working!
A: Check to make sure you are typing your name and license code exactly as they appear in your registration email (or you can copy & paste). Be sure to only type the name and code themselves with no extra text. If you still have trouble, check to make sure you are using the correct code (your registration key will be sent shortly in an email from bravobug@bravobug.com, not PayPal, the PayPal receipt and order number will not work as the license codes). If you are still having problems please email us and we'll be happy to help you.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, if you need a refund for any reason please email us and we'll get back to you promptly.

Q: Are bulk license discounts available?
A: BravoBug offers discounts on any purchases of more than a single license, but we also offer large discounts above and beyond that for educational institutions. Please email us if you're interested in ordering a bulk site license for your school or university.

Q: How do I add multiple apps to my shopping cart?
A: BravoBug's current store assumes you will be registering just one app at a time, so you'll need to complete two separate orders. We are in the process of changing this to allow multiple items for convenience. Thanks for your support!
